I still remember the first time I rode in a Rover (in this case, a Disco) offroad. The mud hole (this was back East) that the driver was taking us through was something I would not have taken a mildly lifted/modified Jeep into (I was wheeling a CJ-8 on 37s back then) given how deep (though, not as deep as the mud hole in the video) the hole was and how vertical the exit was. The Disco I was in only had a 2" lift and some mud terrains and it glided right on through it. I was very impressed. Many years later, I ended up buying one.

They are impressive vehicles.

I absolutely adore Rovers. A SWB Classic was my first vehicle when I was a kid. Man I wish my parents wouldn't have sold it. Nice vid!
