Gotta post up a pic of the snow skate.
I am hoping to have a snorkel next year. Have to get the front bumper, lift and rear bumper squared away first.

These sliders are way stouter than I imagined.

Sick. What length are those and how much did they cost out the door (retail + shipping)?

No, Pete's welding them right to the frame.

Just a bit of clarification:

These are what Brad got. I will add a plate to the frame side tubing and then weld the plate to the frame, gusseting if needed.

I see. If you don't mind me asking, how much are you charging to weld those babies on?

I am charging a straight $35 hour plus material. The actual time is going to depend on what mods are needed to make the frame to slider attachment work, if I need to extend the frame tubing due to difference in distance between the frame on the Disco vs Yota, if I need additional tubing to due this, etc. Since these look to be mostly pre welded from TG, he saved some bucks there as I usually have to weld the complete assembly together. Start to finish welding and mods for an unwelded set of TG rock rails with kickers usually runs somewhere in the neighborhood of $225-250 as all the major time consuming stuff has been done like the cutting and notching of the tubing, etc. There will be some minor costs due to the fact that he didn't get the frame plate mounts, but that isn't a big deal.

If that will help I can order them. I thought I didn't need them.

Save you some bucks if you do. I can't come close to making these for the price that TG sells the finished product for.

That is great. Sliders were one of the best thing I have ever put on. The protection is almost priceless!

I'd recommend building some gussets for the top of the tubes. There was a thread on pirate that showed the stress models on sliders and different gusset positions. The best placement was a small triangle right on top like the tg mount posted.

Yer gonna love em! Makes a nice side step for roof rack access as well.
Planning on getting my rig on my rack at work and getting some better undercarraige pictures of Pete's fine work.

I have two trucks with TG sliders. The 94 has the sliders pictured above, with the gusset kit. My truck has the powder coated version. The TG sliders are great, very well put together and stout.
