i just saw the dec issue of Petersons offraod and didnt see the burban pics. unless im just blind, i didnt see anything on the 75 annivarsary of the burban at all in it.:confused:

I just did a quick search online and it looks like theres nothing for a 75th anniversary Burb in Petersons. I did see a write up on the 75th anniversary of it, in one of my other 4x4 mags. When i get home i'll post which mag had it.

It has only been a couple of months, so be patient. When I was writing for a couple of climbing magazines, the stuff I wrote, if they even decided they liked it enough to print (and pay for) without butchering the original article with editing ( I have done a bit of that, too, and you knew right off the bat that when you you had to chop 1,000 words out of someone's hard work you were neither going to make friends with the writer, nor was the article going to have the same feel that the author wanted to convey) it took sometimes 3-4 months before the article actually appeared in print, if not more.

Look at the Wheelers for the Wounded write up (if you can call it that) that appeared in the 4Wheel Parts freebie. It only took about a year for that to get published. Magazines have their own agenda....and time schedule...

Thats the only article i have seen on it, and it was in Four wheeler about a month or 2 ago, cant find it in the pile at the moment.

no so far i haven't a damn thing from them plus i sent a cd copy ,and a breakdown of the subs too i talked briefly w/ chris ,bill,happy and they didn't know what to do either when i sent the info from the magizine it said december issue and like the rest of us that's in a couple months but no reply,info,kiss my ass ,nothing ,pisses me off cause one of the few things that we all do and the magizines thats supports this doesn't f@#king say simply thanks i got your info !!

The november (I think its nov., but it may be dec.) issue just got to my house, It does say to look for the burb' arcticle in the nest months issue.
