So i'm getting a fair amount of money for xmas ($500 + whatever I get from paychecks), at first I thought i was getting $300 so i figured that would cover my cost of the locker i just bought. But now that I have more money at my disposal, this opens up a lot more options.
Here's what I could buy:
Reroute exhaust for cruiser (im gonna do it eventually, just dont know if i should do it now, or wait)
New drivers seat/center console (mine are kinda shoddy)
Save for a new car (more fuel efficient DD, instead of a 10MPG hog like a L/C)
Remington 870 Express Tactical
Stag Arms AR15
Tattoo
Just kinda torn between some of these things. Obviously I don't NEED to reroute the exhaust, it'd just be nice to have more HP/torque and have it out of the way for sliders, rocks, etc.
I don't need a new driver seat or console, just some more comfort
New car, is just so i can save money year round
Guns/tattoo, dont NEED but definitely want

I like the idea of saving for a fuel-efficient daily driver. Gas prices are going up again. With the gas money you save, you can buy guns and tattoos. ;)

I'd say just sit on it and continue to save while you think more about what your priorities really are. Then when you do decide, you will have more to use or maybe get what you want and also keep some for future needs.

Ditto. If you don't have something already designated for it, save it until you can decide on something firm. Either that, or a fuel efficient car if it will help you save more money in the long run.

In the event that government collapses, guns/ammo will become the new gold, platinum and silver as those will become the shiny things you can't eat and will only work marginally well when thrown in self defense. Guns and ammo will allow you to take what you don't have and defend what you do. I think I will invest in more of them and buy some property in Boulder where they don't believe in gun ownership, should be easy pickings there. :lmao:
Tats are cool, but the appeal wears off after awhile, trust me!:D

I say get an Aussie front locker to match the rear :) seriously though, I would look for a DD with good gas mileage.

Just remember all you need to survive in life is the 3 b's. Beans, Bullets and Band Aids.
I'd save for a gas car. I know i could honestly pay for a new car payment just with the amount of money i would save on gas alone. The thing that kills me is insurance.

...or the next thing that wears out or breaks.
Awshits don't hold to any particular schedule. It's nice when you have a few extra $$$ tucked away for an awshit, or when a SCREAMIN!!! deal falls out of the sky.

Hah yeah. that's basically what I did with my first gun (i personally) bought...bought an AK-47 soon after I turned 18, and then I had to go to Boulder for school (where I can't have guns) and so now it's just a pretty decoration in my dads gun safe.

hmm. Yea, doesnt do you a lot of good there. I had one all through college, but I guess not in the dorm. After freshman year I always had one. They cant dissaprove if they dont know you have it!!!
But then again, I also carried a knife every day in high school. I guess some things have changed since then, and it wasnt even THAT long ago!!
