Well, for my birthday this year, I went and got myself something I can really use. Today, I did my paperwork to purchase my family a house. Brand spankin' new with a big garage for some man time. We're trying to close in the next couple of weeks. If anyone wants to take over my lease, I'll be glad to let you have it. It would actually help me out a bit. Now, to find another vehicle to put in the garage. I do like Addicted's 4Runner.... we'll have to see what the cards hold.

It's done, aside from the blue tape stuff that just needs fixed (cracked glass on garage door, etc.)
