There are a fair number of D90's out there but there are very spendy. I have seen some great built ones in the hills.

This one was the first one I can remember seeing in person and am quite impressed with the way he has it set up. Just wish I could find out who owns it and get pics of it to post up or even get them to join us on here.

One of the buildings around Colorado and I25 has a couple employees that have defenders. One is a D90, one is a D110 (which is what I would like to have). I've seen the Defender you're talking about Sean. It's nice.

Overrated. That being said I would still own one, just would not pay the ridiculous price. :D

I am wondering what the price difference would be for one in England and one here, because he shipped his over when he came to work here.

I would love a D-110, or even better a 109 Dormobile. I love to dream!

Here is a sample pricing:
Defender for sale at car dealers on AOL ... Price low to high. Price high to low. Mileage low to high ... 1994 Land Rover Defender 90. $44500. Location: Arlington, TX ... 1993 Land Rover Defender 110. $65000. Location: Scottsdale, AZ ...
$60k seems to be around the base asking price for these in England and Australia.
You can get or build a lot better rig for that amount of bucks...Of course, you wouldn't have the envy factor of the folks next to you going "Geez...Look at that idiot driving the $65k car"
I am unimpressed....

Especially unimpressed considering you are paying all that extra money for the body. Underneath the Discovery is the same vehicle.

I think the Defender90/110 all had lockers as a baseline package. I may be wrong as I haven't dealt with them for awhile and was only vaguely interested way back when the Camel Trophy was going on and they were first available in the USA.
