Welcome to the forum!

Looking forward to the pictures!

Gotta ask about the 'glacierpaul' ....You really, really slow? :D

Don't happen to know Joe Martino do you? FJ60 lives up by you...

Yeah, this time in the morning I am pretty slow :D
I think I do know him or at least he may know me, there are currently 5-6 FJ owners up here. I actually pulled one out of a ditch with my YJ a couple weeks ago up here.
Here is my YJ..and in action...

Thanks all! Brody, I do know Joe Marino (right?) has a brown Land Cruiser? He is my neighbor down the road a bit. 1freaky1, just got my 82 back from the mech. yesterday, new clutch, new carb & exhaust , and my welder made me a new rear bumper and spare tire now sits between the bed and the frame, instead of hanging down beneath the vehicle. Notice how the new exhaust is ran up along side the spare, same deal I did not want it hanging down below the back end, way more clearance now. Edit:have new tail light lens covers on order:) This Jeep was the first Idaho Springs Lumber delivery truck.

His Land Cruiser is a nice one, he is a friend of ours as well. Any friend of Joe's could very well be a friend of mine! Have you ever had Joe wheelin' ?

Here is the YJ the day I bought it, before it was turned into the "Jeepernaut" snowplow rig.

We met Joe when we helped his wife on the back way into Fall River Road entrance to Yankee Hill about 4-5 years ago. He briefly was on this forum, then got very busy with work stuff. We ran a couple of trails with him and he and my So LaDawn hooked up for some work related stuff since they were both in Real Estate at the time. She has seen him more than I lately, but we both haven't seen him for a bit and have kind of lost track.

He is a good guy and we were wondering what he is doing these days.

At the rock house with my wheelin' partner, my 6 year old son. Overlooking Loch Lomond. I guess my first post I should have detailed my family, besides the vehicles:rolleyes:: wife, 6 year old son, 3 year old daughter, 7 year old cat.

Welcome. I like the pictures of your wheeling buddy- very cute.

Joe led me to the back way into Loch Lommond once when the road was closed. He didn't know me then but still led the way. Next time you see Joe, please tell him the people from Front Range say hi.
