Kudos to General Air for their customer support!
I just recently replaced my old Lincoln welder with a Miller-better machine all the way around, BTW-and when I went to replace the spool, noticed that the ground/ground wire had gotten jacked up and melted the plastic base. General Air took care of the problem and stuck my repair on the front of the list in order to get it repaired and back to me ASAP.
