I am in need of help to finish my rig. I am not an expert at anything and ask for help before I bite off more than I can chew. LOL I do have a plan and know most of the parts I need but experience goes a long way. I just cannot do most of things I need to do by myself.

What I have left to do.
Complete Clean up of Front Dana 60, Weld on New spring plate, Install High Steer arms on King Pins.
Finish Weld 4 Spring mounts and Shock tabs up front and Rear. Random Welding.
Drive shaft Front and rear. Need to buy a Front Drive shaft but do have one for the rear.
Brake Hydro Boost installed with line's taped into Steering Box
Steering, Tie rod and Drag link (Custom Made Need to Buy)
Front flex lines, (Need to Buy)
Shocks installed (Need to Buy)

I do have a 220 MiG Welder with a 220 outlet. I Have Tools, Will Rent or buy what is needed. I really need the most help with making sure all spring mounts are lined up before final welding and Help with the Dana 60. I have been doing a lot of web searching and have a good Idea of how it goes But I have never taken apart a Dana 60 and I know there are always trick to make it easier. I Know D35's, D30's and 8.8 like the back of my hand.

I will take any help, From Parts you have for sale, Information that has helped you, Tool support, Learn How to, Labor in-return, Helping hand, Just want to hang out.

I have to move soon and would like to start ASAP. I have Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Nights open (4pm-10pm) and Saturday's (9am- 4:30pm, Maybe Sunday's if I can find a baby Sitter.

I will provide Drink & Food, For all Ages.

PM if you would like to help?

Sounds Good!
No welding on the cast, just the axle tube.

Not sure about Stephens schedule or if he charges for his work but he is one of the best welders I have ever seen. He also happens to live on our end of town. I know nothing about welding or solid axles. Still learning.
