better late than never. i still dont have the other pics from the group, nor do i have all the videos lodaed yet. but here ya go!

so i didnt get through french creek under my own power. at one point, i lost output from the pass front. my buddy dave went with broken birf. so, i kept trying in 3 wheel drive, and just could not do it. so, in an attempt to not be the guy holding the 30 rigs behind me up, i asked for a strap. just before i was out of french creek, i lost output from the left front too. so i get out of the way and go to work. turns out, a rock unlocked my right front hub. and, instead of any broken birfs, i broke a front driveshaft. my self extended slipyoke weld failed. oops. i always thought that one was suspect. but i cant complain, its an easy fix!

we even tried this!

hell of a good time! bucket list for all. i will try to make it an annual trip! if you make it up in the first few weeks of being open, the water in the creek is way deeper, and consequently more fun!

whats funny, was in it, i thought it could maybe. and my spotter dave was, i talked to him, he said " dude, i think your gonna flop". so i backed off. but seeing the video, i totally could have rode it out!

i was really bummed to not get through on my own. should have taken the line to the right of me! oh well! may just plan to get up there one more time before i decommission the sami for the 3 link (http://www.frontrange4x4.com/forums/showthread.php?13886-OCHO-gets-a-new-front-end!)!
