Lefthand Canyon 10-9-11

Matt, his mom and her boyfriend and Chris and I took a relatively impromptu run up to Lefthand Canyon today. Photos later, but here's a video. We have John (Clutch211) to thank for the idea. Last time we were at Lefthand, John said I should "just lay on the other side of that rock and take pictures" as he was driving OVER (:eek:) me...uh, no. :lmao:

He did, and I did too, but only made it to the top of the first big set of dips and turned around! I got the "I'll kill you if you wreck my jeep look" from Hetaher

The weather was great, and we lucked out again, running into minimal people. I'm starting to get more of a picture of what some of the issue is with the trail, though, based on the type of people we ran into...It's such a great little area, kind of like a proving grounds for 4x4s - a little of everything packed into not too large a space. It's so unfortunate that some people are just bent on getting it (or causing it to be) closed down.

That vid answered a Q rolling around my brain re Matt's comment from MSV/CF a few weeks back. There was a comment on how nice his exhaust note was and "what type of exhaust was on it" - with the answer being "what exhaust". Watching the vid 2+2=ChaChing!
