Does anyone have one I could barrow to flare one of my power steering lines since I cannot locate mine?
Thanks,
Sean

I do and I actually know where it is. Single flare and a relatively cheap one, but it has done everything I wanted it to: brake lines, PS lines, fuel lines, etc. Let me know and I can leave it out if I am not going to be here.

Thanks Pete,
I found mine in the most unusual place, imagine that.

What, the last place you'd put it but when you put it there you said to yourself, "Now I'll always know where it is.". That's how it is for me, anyway.:D

HAHA...I know that one. I found my SFH (The 'S' is for small...A small finish hammer that is retired from wood working...and the 'F' doesn't stand for 'finish'...) after looking all over the place for it. I thought our lawn guy or the contractor who is building down the street had borrowed it as it is usually hanging up. I looked in all the spots it shouldn't be, etc. Finally, I was cleaning the underside of my heap including cleaning the fender wells and saw this stray glint of metal. My hammer had gotten wedged behind my shock hoop and had been seeing the country...

That is a funny one Pete!
I found it in my Paint supply cabinet and no idea how or when it jumped in there rather than being in my tool box like it has been for the last 16 years.

Yeah, I thought so, too, and managed to have a good laugh at my own expense. Usually I find other people's tools, not my own...

Hate it when that happens. I have a set of Teraflex 2" lift XJ shackles floating around the garage I still haven't found.:thumb:

You will only find these when you have looked everywhere for them, including the house where they had never been, finally gave up and purchased a new set. Then, 2 weeks later, you will reach for a favorite tool, which is exactly where it is supposed to be, and there they will be...This also happens on stuff where there is a limited time warranty....and those you find only after the warranty has expired.
