Apparently in New Zealand there is a problem with men getting drunk, going home hungry, cooking and burning down the house. It's such a big problem they have a public service campaign in place that includes a sticker that goes in urinals and changes when you pee on it to reveal a hidden message. It starts out as a fire pic and reads "Put out the fire". After peeing on it, it reads "A real fire wouldn't be that easy. Don't drink and fry. Eat before you go home."

What is interesting is that it is such a problem that New Zealand had to come up with the stickers in the urinals. Makes you wonder what other odd things have been going on in other countries after people get trashed at bars...

I know, for instance, that England started the ban on dwarf tossing in bars, which I initially thought was a lark, but turned out to be true. The dwarfs and midgets actually were protesting this as some of them had been making some decent side money doing this, complete with velcro suits which allowed then to stick to specially covered walls. It later turned out that dwarf tossing has been a past time in bars all over the world, including the US, as there are now bans to that effect here:
