Started this so that Denver area folks and Springs area folks (everyone else, too..) can figure out meeting spots. Many of the Springs folks are going to be coming via Hwy 9 to 285. Denver area people from 285. People off I 70 either 93 to 285 or over Hoosier Pass (Hwy 9 and probably not a good idea due to ski traffic) to 285.

Denver people are looking at roughly 1 1/2 -2 hours to get to the Gunsmoke in BV. I would suggest meeting at the Conifer Safeway/Starbucks a little before 7:00 and leaving the lot as close to 7 as possible with a planned break/refuel stop in Fairplay. Any other suggestions are welcome, but this one seems to work the best.

Added this to the Posted Run thread:

DENVER AREA MEETING PLACE AND TIME:

Conifer Safeway/Starbucks:

Hwy 285 through Aspen Park, staying in right hand lane. After passing the ACE hardware on the right, the next right turn is Conifer Parkway. Take that, go left at the intersection, go right at the next intersection. Safeway is above you on your left.

Get to the Safeway early enough to gas up/food up, etc and be ready to leave by 7:00AM. It is roughly a 2 hour drive to the Gunsmoke from the Safeway lot allowing for a sort stop in Fairplay.

There's one more going from the Denver area. I don't know if he'll meet you all at the Safeway. He knows where Chinamans is, he ran it with me back in June in his Dakota, so if ya happen to see a red short box Dakota with Rubicon wheels somewhere, that'll be him.
