Chris, Chris, and Matt went out of their way to come down to Centennial and deliver a pair of axles and set of tires to me. I just want to say a big THANK YOU for doing that for me guys,
I know if there is a time people need help, this forum delivers.

Hope you like 'em. I'm just glad everybody was at Pete's when I got there to drop them off. Made getting them off the neighbors trailer and into the back of Chris's truck a whole lot easier. Thanks for the help, Chris, Chris, Matt, Pete, Heather and Robyn. Also, Nice to meet you Matt and Robyn. Much Aloha 'round here.

I measured them and they are about1.5" narrower than expected which is going to be perfect!
Thanks again, Clint

Worked out just fine. Chris was really generous with his truck use, plenty of folks around for the loading/unloading. I had forgotten we were going to have a cute little HOA Christmas party thing (I actually like my neighbors just fine, don't care for the HOA concept..) and had been dreading LaDawn saying something about the axles being 'stored on the side of the house' when everyone came over...
So thanks from my end, too Chris, Jonathan and everyone else. Stellar group here, for sure!

HOA's are over rated... I got busted in mine because i had weeds in the flower bed! I figured they were "natural" local plants to Colorado and i was trying to do my part to save the planet. They didn't see it that way for some reason.
They are actually good for some things.

HOA,s are probably the last thing you would exoect people living up here in the mountains have to "deal " with . We live on 40 acres with our closest full time neighbor over two miles away and our HOA is a pretty constant pain in the ass too. I guess they are one of those nessesary EVILS . Up here its not that they get on your case about what YOU are doing ,or not doing , rather that they take your dues , then do nothing in return. You have our sympathies !

I guess I'm lucky, never had any serious issue with ours. Had to smack them down a couple times but that's it. Mine even shovels the snow to my door, they've painted my house, do great job with landscaping, etc.

We are actually doing fine with ours since we started self managing. I just get a little POd because the "president" has to form two committees, plus a secondary one or two to make a simple decision. I am more of a 'make the goddamn decision' type person...one of the reasons I usually pass on the HOA ****. Our little party went just fine. We get along pretty well with all of our neighbors..

I actually served on our HOA board back in the 90's for 5 years. Saying that things ran pretty smooth back then might sound egotistical , but they really did. Even after the other board members and I "retired" things still went along nicely for a while. Lately though things have gone down hill a bit - LIKE THEY DROVE OFF A CLIFF . Glad to hear that yours are still somewhat sane . We do have some great neighbors - deer, elk , pronghorn, coyotes, bobcats, bears, and even some really nice people down the road a few miles !

Are you sure that's not your imagination?
