There was some stuff on here a while back about snakes and today for whatever reason I out of curiosity looked up the worlds largest snakes and wow talk about difference of opinions. Anyhoots I am sure glad we do not get any that are as big as some of them that are recorded. Biggest wild snake I have seen here in Colorado is two, a prairie rattler 6' and a bull snake just under 6'. It looks like the places to avoid is around Malaysia.

Can you imagine running into one of them? Flat out scary! Currently the largest one on record (living) was about 33 feet long and 40 inches in girth. The one pictured below is supposedly 55' long but has not been proven, here is the link for that story.

I have seen a 6' bull snake eat a 5' rattle. Unless you cant the zoo then i have seen some 10'+. Either way when it gets to the point where there around 8 feet or so i dont really want to deal with them
