Hi my name is Don. I have been out of 4 wheeling outside of getting to hunting spots for a while but should soon be back on the trail more regularly. I would post some truck pics but I am not real sure how in this particular forum format.

Welcome to the group. I see you are in Ft Collins. Me and Jim are both as well. We went wheeling a few weeks ago and it was fun! Granted I was only on ATVs and Jim was in his nicely equipped Jeep but was fun altogether. Hope to see you on a trail, maybe go wheeling one day.

Sounds good man. Soon as I get the bronco built I will probably be looking for some guys to run kelley flatts and go do a test run.

You have time, Kelly Flats is closed for winter. I hadnt been there in several years now so Im not sure what it even looks like anymore. 7 mile is always open and its just a few more miles. You could do most of the trail in 2wd, but ice and creek crossings can be a challenge.

I didn't realize that. I haven't been up there in quite a while. It will be at least a couple months before i have it where I want it anyways.

Let me know, I bet Jim may want to go as well. Its better to go in a group I figure. I like it up at Crystal Mountain Road. There you can ride Crystal Mountain or Moody Hill. Both are fun trails. Crystal has the best views once you get to the top of the very bumpy trail.

I don't know what the name is but the trail that runs from lost lake by chambers lake to deadman road is pretty fun later in the season as well. I think it may be Green Mountain Road but i don't remember 100 percent for sure.
