HAHA....my crap is about as done as it is going to get with the exception of putting the 2009 Taco back together to sell it. Seen a couple of convertible Yotas my buddies have had. I wasn't impressed. If I lived in some state that didn't have a real winter, it might be a different thing. Last rig that I had that I could go topless with was a 69 Bronco soft top. Since it happened to be my DD and I was living in the mountains at the time, one of the deciding factors for selling it was so that I could actually stay warm during the winter...

:lmao::lmao::lmao:I know what you mean !! I used to live in North Conway N.H. and my only transportation one winter was my Harley. I got pulled over one morning at 4:30 by a New Hampshire statie . There was 6 " of unplowed snow on Hwy 302 and he thought I was either " NUTS " or I had stollen the bike. I was about 5 miles into my commute down to Boston . Snow covered the whole way . He confirmed it , " ( I ) was NUTS " :eek::lmao::lmao:

North Conway, huh? I spent a bit of time up there in Franconia Notch, White Mountains, Bethelem, Lisbon and Peru area. Huntington Ravine was my very first ice climb, or Huntington Gully....the center route in the photo. Pretty exciting for a Florida boy who was experiencing snow for the second time, probably about 69 or 70. Skied for the very first time, there, too. I moved from there to Colorado....Spent a full winter there, plus most of spring and did my first rock climbing there also on either Cathedral or Whitehorse Ledge.

I went back there is the fall about 10 years later and did some of the harder rock climbs in the area. Pretty place. Cold winters. Beautiful fall colors. Nasty black flies....:lmao:

That was my old stomping grounds !!! Center gully ! know it very well . Done it MANY times , even at night (full moon ) . Skied it once,pretty damn narrow in spots. Whitehorse Ledge , Cathedral and Bartlet Ledges , the Kanc (Kancamagus highway ) Cannon Cliff, Frankenstein cliff (ice ) . The Oxen Yoke (bar ) Up country Saloon, Horsefeathers, lots of GREAT memmories. EMS and IME ,. John Bouchard and Mark Richie , the big dogs of the valley we were all trying to emulate. John's ' Wild Things ' , EMS and IME Ya , a great place and lots of GREAT memories . The opening photo of the little avy gear video I did last week is of Tuckerman Ravine , just a little way south of Huntingtons ,both on Mt. Washington . Awsome place, the Mt. Washington Valley , winter and summer !

Nice! Not very often someone mentions any of those areas out here, much less knows where they are or who John Bouchard or Ritchie is, even among the climbing community. Tuckerman's was the other one I was trying to remember..

Colorado winters are warm compared to that area...
