I know none of you will know this guy because he was from my hometown in KY. I haven't seen him in 18 years but hung out with him alot in high school. Well, I learned that he died today while hiking in KY, of a sudden heart attack. I believe he was the same age as me 39 (give or take a year). Leaving behind two kids both under 10 and another h.s. friend that was his wife. He was a car buff and had actually just completed building a 1967 Camaro from the ground up. It was a sick from what I have seen on his fb page.

Anyway the point of this post is just to remind everyone how precious life is. Be sure and hug those that you love everyday and never take life for granted, it can be over in a flash.

Here are some pics of the Camaro he built that I pulled off of his fb page.

RIP Rodney Keeling, we had some great times as teenagers!

that is really bad-ass car. I'm sorry about your friend, 39 is not that old. That's how old my dad was when he died. All you can do is make the most of what you got and have fun whenever possible. I don't take anything for granted anymore after I lost my dad. When I was younger I thought my dad would be around forever, and it truly does just come out of nowhere

Sorry to hear about your friend. Life is indeed too short! I've had some serious health issues to people very close to me recently and it's just a reminder how fragile life really is. Another reason to get out and experience the great outdoors! MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT!!

Sorry to hear about your friend. He did a fantastic job on that Camaro, and that is a great monument to what he could do.

I'm so sorry to hear, so sorry for the family and friends. It must be such an incredibly awful loss for them to have to endure. What a stunningly beautiful car.
