I'm going to be spending 6 days there over Memorial Day weekend. Any trail suggestions? Hole in the wall looks a bit rough toward the end.

I am no help to you there. All I have ever done in all of those areas is technical rock climbs. Didn't pay too much attention to the roads/trails and don't remember what we were driving the trips we did, only that whatever we were in got us close enough to hike to the rocks...
A little info if you don't already have it:

Bunch of other folks have wheeled down in those areas, so you should get good responses.

Have been into Hole in the Rock a couple of times, and didn't find any of it to be very difficult. I certainly wouldn't go in there without a couple more vehicles as you are a long way from any kind of assistance. Personally I would recommend at least 33's and a locker in one axle. Each time I've done it, we made it a three day trip where we drove part way in the first day and camped. Second day we drove to the end and hiked down to the lake and then came part way back out and camped, and then finished on the third day. The section up to Grays Mesa was the hardest part of the trail as I recall.
Is a little regional airport at the start of the trail. When we were their, we talked to them and were able to buy gas there and also to park our trucks and trailers there, while we ran the trail. Has been about 10 years since I have been there, so can't say how much it's changed since then.
