This is a Jeep brake bleeding article/link, but the same applies to any make and model vehicle:

Forgot to add this:

A simple one person bleeder, like the ones you can get at any auto store for $5 with the different tube/bleeder attachments and little magnetic base plate, work extremely well and are almost fool proof. Work on gravity and lets the air bleed from the lines. Use it in the same order as a regular brake bleed. As a side note, the clear tubing, which not only allows you to watch the air bubbles bleed out, also allows you to watch for foreign material in the lines.

This is the same kit sold through Summit Racing that is available locally pretty much anywhere. It is worth it's weight in gold when it comes to doing the brakes:
