Well Here is Bill's new bumper for his Suburban. He gave me total artistic freedom on this build and I have to say it is my new favorite bumper that I have built. Thinking outside the box allows for never before seen creations. Bill's Suburban is long enough so I did not want to put a big stinger on it and getting the 12500 lb winch tucked back in under the radiator and between the frame rails was a must. I love having the option now to be able to roll tubing as well as bend it, my roller will open a whole new world for me when it comes to design.

Billy's Frame had a ton of holes in it from other bumpers and looked like swiss cheese so I filled all the old holes and created my own bolt pattern for this bumper.

I gave the winch mount plate a small rolled edge on the back to increase the strength close to double of the 1/4 inch plate and bent the leading edge for superior strength and longevity of this bumper.

I frenched in the new Warn hawse to keep it out of the way of harm as much a possible

That weld across the front of the foundation of this tube bumper was run continually and took just under 7 minutes yep 28 1/2"

All tube is 1 3/4" DOM and some HREW

Nicely done, John! Bill should be happy! I like the way the winch is tucked under the rig. Those things have enough overhang front and rear without adding more...

Thanks man. Harbor freight actually sells a pretty high quality one and when you couple it with Swag offroads wing kit and size specific dies ,it is very similar to the $800 one that baileigh and pro-tools sell.

The red matches his roll cage in the truck,,,, Bill, that thing does hug the body, nice. I still need to get out there and check it out in person.
