Bilstein 5165's are now installed and although the rear is a little stiff, the ride is still amazing.
I hope to get the brake hard-line finished up tomorrow.
Now I just need something to flex my rig on.....

If you're not gonna make /sell it then why share on all the different places? I want one and you are just making it worse...

I never said I wasn't going to sell this as a kit...but I won't offer it to the general public until it's been tested and meets my expectations and standards. Once this one is complete and has seen some time on the trail and on the road I'll decide if it's worth offering. I won't put my name on it if it doesn't work, and I certainly won't try to sell a kit that doesn't cut the mustard either.

That is pretty sweet looking! Don't you just love all the room for the exhaust set up?Oddles and oddles of room!!:lmao:
I took a few rough measurements for the tail pipe, eye-balled the suspension and squinted really hard trying to visualize how the pipe should fit. I then took my pile of Mental Stickie Notes to Frontrange Muffler and had the owner bend some tubing for me. I knew I'd have to cut, rotate, shorten, extend, cuss at, make love to, scream and bleed, etc. to get the exhaust installed....but the pipe fit pretty damn good without anything more than cutting a little off the end.
Lucky? Oh yes.....
Keep in mind that my exhaust is all booty-fab and duct tape together since my stock motor isn't necessarily a stock Jeep motor. ;)

I know that one! I would also be willing to bet that is is about 100 times better than the nice "Let's make the crossover hang lower than anything else on the chassis! In fact, let's paint a big target on it" thinking that Yota, Rover and other manufacturer's do. Booty fab and duct tape or not, I bet that you put some thought into it!

Went up to Eagle Rock yesterday to get out of the shop for a little while. Finally got some video of the rear suspension in action.
Not the most exciting thing you'll ever see, but it does show some decent articulation.

Nope, haven't found anyone that's willing to surrender their Jeep for a second prototype build.
