Monday-Labor Day-Hackett/Metberry/Longwater GulchsCS79bronco (Charles-95 Bronco), lemmy2010, daughter Siobhan & son Charlie (Chris-86 Bronco), & dannanw & his Dad Dennis (91 XJ Cherokee) had a great time. We ran Hackett Gulch, grilled hamburgers for lunch, & found some new noises in the 95 Bronco's front end. The 86 Bronco went off a ~3' drop & bent the tranny crossmember enough to make the double cardon joint beat on the underside like a hammer. My 9 yr old grandson thought that was funny, for an hour or so but got tired of it before the rig went back on the trailer. Dennis had been out on ATV's lots of times but never on a full-size run before. He really liked it & said he might just have to build a wheelin' rig. We'll try to get pics up tomorrow.
