Title says it all. Seems like it would be rather easy if your good with a tube bender. (the light bar)

Give Loren a shout at First Choice:
http://www.firstchoicefabrication.com/
He built my sliders and bumper. He has a nice tube bender. He used it for the first time during my bumper build.

You can buy those things all day long. Here's one site:

The ones you see on almost all SUVs and trucks are the Westin ones which i am not a fan of, mostly because everyone has one. The one in the picture is OR-FAB. and it would be nearly $300, which is absolutely rediculous.

Custom fab at double the cost of off-the-shelf is about right in my book.

I do agree. But for something this simple I think differently

I do agree. But for something this simple I think differentlyThere you go again with that "simple" comment.
I see two bends that have to be symetrical and stay on the same plane, two not so simple bends that go off in diferent directions. I see wasted material to get the last two bends. I see cutting and welding to plates that mount to a surface that may not be square.
I never met skinny, but he does nice work. Maybe he can educate you in the process.

I 4th the SKINNY FABRICATIONS (John) plug, he built my custom JKUR bumper and we installed it together, see my post in the build thread. You can visit his website too, as he is into all creations of metal! And he is a way cool guy too!!
