Looks good Brad! The best and hottest curry chicken I ever had was at China Kitchen used to be next to the Gothic. I dubbed it nuclear chicken because of how hot she made it.

Awesome!! I love curry! the best I've had is at Nepal's in Estes Park, their Nepal Curry is mild, but amazing. Did you use coconut milk and Garam Marsala?

Had to look that up Rob. Sounds really good, I will make that next time!

We found a great Indian market called Indus on federal just south of Mississippi, they have fresh samosas at the counter and a wealth of ingredients if any foodies out there are interested.
