Build a bumper for me?

I am considering getting a bumper for my f150. Looking for something like the images i linked below. I want to keep it as light as possible, so I was thinking pretty much just the tubes, and maybe some not very thick steel between them. (or just the tubing like in the 1st one below). Just thought i would see if you could possibly do it, and get a little price quote! I appreciate it! I cant justify $1500 for one from ADD.

Id recommend PMing Steve(Scoutman) he does pretty good work and from what i heard reasonable. He has built everything on his scout, and a bad ass bumper for her 97-03 Superduty. As well as a bumper for Brad(Colodisco) and did some mods to his roofrack.
