I found this on a Comanche forum thought it was pretty creative and a good idea.:thumb:

I use that to cook Salmon my grill!!!! What a great idea, you can cook while wheelin', just wrap up some food in some foil, strap and cover to grill........:) trail chef approved!
That is pretty cool!

the guy who did it spot welded them on and kept the hood in cool water the whole time

the grill sheets i used were aluminum so welding wasn't an option. i used 3m double sided tape to stick them on and used fender moulding to finish off the cutout

you could do that too you could even bold them on maybe it might look bad though

Before you posted "spot weld," I thought they were riveted in place, which would look OK to me. That just goes to show that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. :)
