I needed to replace the rear axle seals on the jeep took the axles down to napa for them to replace the seals and bearings was on a time crunch (so could not go to anyones house if they had one) having to use my vehicle while the work van is in the shop. the question i have is should they have replace the bolt plate on the axle shafts?. I could not remember the torque spec for the nuts so I went and googled it 45ftlbs. It also stated that you should not reuse the plate and nuts. So because I had to go to work I threw some red lock tight on the treads. Does anyone think that this may cause and issue later?

You should be fine. I've never heard of not reusing the plate or bolts. I've reused mine.

Thats what I was thinking used to do it all the time on the old rangers, but it does not hurt to double check. Thanks
