Coming home from my lot duties, and after significant rain, I back up my driveway a little too close to the edge that is now very soft:erm: I tried to drive out of the off camber situation, but it got worse. Time to winch, glad I bought that Rugged Ridge winch!! and the one on my Rubicon!! I don't even have to leave home to have problems:lmao: My deck post and the power pole give it some tip perspective!

I swear all I had to do was give the Jeep a push and it would have rolled, I climbed out the passenger side initially. Then I only got in on the drivers side after hooking up the winch lines! Both winches pulled it right up though was cool actually, I got more recovery experience:lmao:

Fun times! Hooray winches!
And snatch blocks, the YJ line is hooked up to the back of my Ford in the garage via snatch block. Side note: not the first time this has happened in 14 years either! Usually there is snow on the ground!! EDIT: I love the portable winch!!!

Here is what it looked like at the time I did this. I actually think if I did not have the plow set up on it, it would have rolled. The yoke set up was in the ground, preventing it from sliding further down, I think, glad it stayed put!!!! My driveway is about 18-21% grade guy's, 25-30 feet of rise divided by 138 feet long, my mother in law calls our driveway 'cardiac hill':lmao:
Yes Sam, it does get the juices flowing:D
