Anything offroad related for F150s has a huge price tag on it. So I decided to make my own bumpers. Making a rush gaurd style one that I am building for someone, and making a full bumper replacement for mine. Bought a bender and some power tools and went at it.
Both (for both bumpers) the mounts and 'backbone' put together:

And the rest of the peices!

I can find stuff for the WJ but they start at 500.00 and go up to 1000.00 not really worth it in my opinion. Wonder how much a tube bender cost?

I could help!
I got the JD2 Model 3 bender. I got it for about $300, then plus another 300 for a 1.5" die set, then 60 for the pedestal

Thanks for the info, I checked it out it would be definatly useful fabbin up some bumpers and modifiy my sliders for design #2. They have die for square tubing was thinking about using that for making a cargo rack. All ready got some Ideas rollin just need to decide if I should get something like that or a winch first. Kinda hard to justifiy it to the wife if I am the only one using it.

Going to use 1.75" tubing on the next one. The 1.5" looks dinky
