So for whatever reason when my clutch kit showed up for the fj60 there was no alignment tool! I just picked up the transmission and tcase today, and was hoping to install it tomorrow until I found out i was missing its the pilot.
Should be the same clutch alignment tool for fj4x up until the fj60s.
It is a 10spline unit.
Thanks,
Chris

If you can not find one, I have a universal kit. Not big on loaning out tooling or equipment, but I think I might know someone who knows someone if this situation went south ;) You know how to reach me if you need to

if you want to come down here , I have a 10 spline Toyota tool and a metal Snap ON universal tool. My Jeep is up and running ,driving it to work everyday this week to get some miles on it so I can do some wheeling in Aug. Dave,s son (ww2avg) will be back from Afganastan and will want to go wheeling , we plan on doing Ill. gulch and Moab hill , Saran wrap and Eagle rock and maybe the gulches we will see how many can be squeezed into the time he is here. maybe come down and go wheeling with me and Robert and Dave and his son Austin one of those week ends..

A piece of broomstick or dowel turned down to size works pretty well. Make the tip skinny, then pound it through the old clutch disc to stamp the splines into the wood.
