Radiator support

So I have a guy wanting to buy the radiator support off the Ranger. How hard is it to remove this? I know I gotta drill the spot welds but any idea how many there are? Has anyone done it to a Ranger? How many hours should I expect?

Do you ever plan on putting anything there again? If not, just cut it out on either side and let him worry about cleanly getting rid of the spot welds.

Got it done. Was no where near as bad as I expected it.
