Hey guess I'm a damn newbie...My names Dave and I'm originally from Florida but have lived here for a few years now. I wheel an 86 Toyota. It is a constant work in progress but I'm not afraid to get out there and have some fun. I have been to quite a few trails and especially in the summer go about every other weekend. Not afraid to get out in the winter snow either tho

What have I done???? thats a long story. The basics though this truck was originally my dads bought brand new in 86. truck broke in somewhere around the end of 97 and then sat in the garage for the next 13 years. so I have been through everything on the truck. Brake master and booster are from a 95 4runner along with the 4runner front brake system. Gears went from 4.10 to 4.88 with a locker in the rear. Motor has been rebuilt with oversize valves and a cam. Aftermarket intake with a weber carb. Corbeau seats in the inside. I just sold the bed off it this past weekend and tomorrow will start to install a flatbed kit on it made by trail gear

sooner or later it will get a solid front axle and when it does i will also lift it. right now just stock height with 31s. the flat bed kit will be nice because it shortens the truck by about a foot and a half eliminating a lot of overhang. I have an extra transfer case so it will also one day get the dual t-case set up. oh yea and also installing rock sliders this weekend. that is about the current wish list but it will grow as time goes on.

Pm me if your ever on the look out for a solid axle. High steer Maybe the front hanger ,And rebuild kit. I ended up going LS 5.3 and one tons. Also got the rear v6 diff.... but it sounds like your set in that area. Oh n I have a set of 5 10x15 american racing rims.

I like your truck.... sounds like you have been having lots of fun with it! Good for you makning jealous !
