That's what I was guessing still glad things are open, hopefully people will start getting back to estates and jump starting there recovery.

I spoke with an Estes Park client a bit ago. They commented on issues of "plains based" (Loveland / Longmont, etc.) hospital staff having to travel back and forth to work. The hospital couldn't go without staff so staff could house at Estes and go home at the end of their work week.

Additionally, people who might have an urgent medical need, beyond what Estes medical could provide, that person would need to see if their med plan covered helicopter travel (to Denver) as ground transport would take too long (when Peak to Peak was the only route open).

Having 36 open may reduce issues for both groups.
