Briam Williams had some of the people on this evening, good they were all experienced jumpers. The video makes it look like the lower plane was at fault but I haven't heard any blame assigned yet.
One skilled group of people kept it from being truly tragic.
Edit: Guess I should have looked at the video before commenting.

What were they trying to do with the 2 planes so close together? It almost looks like they were trying to go from one plane to the other.

"I heard" they were planning a formation jump, thus the jumpers needed to be fairly close to each other at jump time.
The planes were not operating where each pilot could easily see the other plane. This is the fault, imo.
EDIT: Pilot says to themself: I know there's another plane up here somewhere, and we're supposed to be close to each other for the formation - but I can't see the other plane...

Reading between the lines it sounds like the pilot that landed the damaged plane was at fault and "dropped on top" of the plane that crashed. I suppose we'll see this video for a while then wait a year or so for the NTSB to release their findings.
