All the stock Toyota Alloys are 15x7 correct. this guy is claiming this to be 15x10, is it possible or a type-o?

Don't want to waste my time with this guy if they never made 15x10 stock rims.

I believe he means the black rims are 15x10. He doesn't mention the size of the OEM Toyota rim size that I noticed.

"Also have set of four alloy stock Tacoma rims 15x10, 6 lug x 5.5" $85. No Rubber, no lugs."

This is the statement in question, but everything I read says all of the stock 15" rims were 15x7 so no benefit to me.

All my Toyota guys sat factory wheels are 15" x 7". Looks like a typo to me. The 15" x 10" appear to be the aftermarket black wheels.

that what I thought but for $85 it would have been a good deal, even though I am really in the market for 15x8s, which are not to common on CL right now, but wait a week and they could be everywhere. There are some in the springs area but I won't have a day off to ever get that far south for a while, so I am gonna wait for some to spring up up here.

That's true of older wheels Jon but now they come in 17's and 18's as well.

as far as I can tell most of the 16s and 17s are also only 7" wide rims.

For what its worth, at least in my opinion and experience your aren't really going to notice a big difference between 7" rims and 8" rims as far as holding a bead or how the tires sit. Alot of guys run 12.5 wide tires on them without issue.

If you are REALLY looking for a wider tire, I have some 16" rims that are 10" wide that I'll give you for a song. They are black steelies "Rock Crawler/D-Window" style rims in black.

Do 10s hold the bead of a 12.5 tire well aired down decently, I normally only air down to about 18-20 pis? Also I would need to larger center bore I believe 108mm and stock I have a 3.75" backspacing. PM me with a price and I can see what we can work out.

hahaa.... taking it down to 18psi is hardly even airing down in my book. But yes, I would expect them to hold a bead just fine even aired down to 10-15psi. I'm not 100% sure, but I think its about the same backspacing.

I'd let them go for $100 for the set of 4, but thats just off the top of my head. I got them thinking they might work with a set of stock Sequoia tires I have, but they were too wide and I just don't have a use for them. That size sells for just under $100 per wheel brand new, so I figure that is a decent price.

Yeah only having 30" tires sometime I choose to keep height over airing down more, but with the taller tires I may air down more. That is a great price, it will properly be after the holidays (as in like the week after thanksgiving not January ) before I will get a day off to grab those if you don't mind waiting.

They have been sitting in my garage for over a year unmoved, so I'm sure they can wait another month. Let me know when you want to come get them.
