If you need to replace your round 6024 headlights you might want to consider this.
I replaced the rather dim headlamps of my 1999 TJ a year ago when I bought it with the $16 Sylvania Xtravision H6024 (Not Silverstar) and thought they were pretty good. But, only 13 months later one burned out.
I bought a replacement at Napa, their H6024BL ($14) which turns out to be made by Wagner. Wow, what a difference! The beam pattern is markedly better, more even and illuminating a wider area (properly aimed of course). The color of the light is very slightly more yellow but the bottom line is the road visibility is much better.
I had intended not to replace the other Sylvania until it burned out. But after seeing the difference, and suspecting it was ready to burn out, I replaced it as well.
