Other than the $2000 timing belt replacement cost, rear window regulator problems and the absolute suck factor of working on them? Nothing! :D
These were a limited release, I recently heard the dealers were starting to turn them away.

I thought it might make a commuter. No way that it is a serious offroad rig. Doesn't this share some of the components with the Ford Escape? I am not familiar at all with either model.

There are a few parts that say fomoco, but the engine is all landrover. The replacement LR2 is a much better vehicle but is loosely based on Volvo.

I would love one, however I would throw a Mercedes Diesel and Mercedes drive train. That'd make a great commuter!
