I've owned it for 2 1/2 years, I bought it from the original owner who never took it off of paved roads, I wasn't provided any history on the Jeep, so all I can tell you is its more recent life story. Bought it with around 130k miles, it's sitting at shy of 163k now.

- AW4
- NP231 t-case
- 3.55 LP Dana 30 open
- 3.55 Chrysler 8.25 29spline open
- AC & heat works perfectly
- Heated power mirrors
-Power everything
- Jeep's weird half-power half-manual driver seat
- Cruise control
- Regular oil changes, tire rotations and alignments

Big stuff:

- Spark plugs replaced shortly after I bought it
- Upgraded .25 wall DOM tie rod & new tie rod ends...~25k
- Replaced entire rear drum brake assemblies ~25k
- Rubicon Express SuperRide 3.5" lift kit (front and rear springs, LCA's) ~15k
- Stainless steel brakes lines front and rear ~15k
- Upgraded heavy-wall DOM trac-bar ~15k
- JKS Quick Disconnects ~15k
- RE steering stabilizer ~15k
- Bilstein 5100 shocks all 4 corners ~15k
- All new suspension bolts (leaf spring, control arms, etc.) ~15k
- Billet aluminum 1.5" wheel spacers all around ~15k
- New front rotors & pads ~10k
- New ball joints ~10k
- RE steering box brace
- New tires - 265/70r16 Treadwright's on BFG AT casings ~10k

Other stuff:

- Dual 120w KC Daylighters on bumper
- Hella FF Fog lights on bumper
- Hella E-code H4 headlight conversion
- Upgraded wire harness for headlights
- Cowl induction air intake w/ conical filter
- Small ARB air compressor w/ safety switch in engine bay
- Custom front bumper
- JCR Offroad frame reinforcement for front bumper mounting
- New grade 8 bolts for steering box, and front sway bar mounts
- Custom rear bumper w/ swing-out tire carrier
- Almost full-size spare (2x) 1 mounted on matching alloy wheel, 1 unmounted, both 245/75r16 Duratracs
- New down-line O2 sensor recently installed

The bad:
- [very] slow oil leak from rear seal, it's not a big deal if you do regular oil changes
- Carpet removed in front passenger footwell
- Carpet removed from the rear firewall all the way to the back, along with some of the plastic trim - I still have the plastic trim
- Front bumper outer seams can use some re-welding, the welds were done cold the first time around
- Rear-most exhaust hanger fell apart
- Windshield has a few small cracks in it

This jeep runs strong, and is a blast to drive! I've thoroughly enjoyed building it, and using it to explore Colorado, and if it made more sense for me to keep it, I would look forward to owning it for many years to come. It runs strong, and will go wherever you tell it to.

You might add a picture of the interior to your craigslist ad. You say that there's water damage to the front carpet and you ripped it out, but there are no pictures. Instantly I think you're trying to sell a car with a thick carpet of mold covering everything because you didn't include any pictures.

Good point, I haven't gotten to add any updated pics since everything's dripping wet and gross out now, once it's drier out I'll clean it up a bit for updated pics. Thanks!

I saw your ad, and as I am sure you know, the Tacomas really hold their value, particularly the extended cabs. The 4 door cab is very desirable and are rarely sold, let alone traded. Good luck with the trade!
