Seems like it is missing the remote, but they can be bought used or new, or the winch can be hardwired into a vehicle for a minimal amount.

They are easy to wire into the cab for remote winching just two wires and a switch, nice thing is the Smittybults don't use the old style coils the are solid state single units.
