1998 Subaru Forester All-Wheel Drive with Auto Transmission. A great entry level small SUV. Car runs and drives great. No known issues, no check engine lights, no known leaks. Ready to be driven every day. This car has been great. We have owned it 5 years, but bought another car a year ago and don't drive the Forester much any more so it doesn't make sense to keep it. Has averaged around 25mpg.

182,000 miles, well maintained with LOTS of records and receipts, including from the previous owner. See all maintenance details below.

Work we have done:
-New battery from Costco only 12 months ago with 84 month warranty
-New front struts about 5,000 miles ago
-New brakes on all 4 wheels within last 19,000 miles (Less than 1/2 worn, so about 20,000 miles remain)
-Driver side front CV axle within last 11,000 miles
-Transmission flush and filter within last 9,000 miles
-Engine knock sensor within last 9,000 miles
-All 4 tires replaced within last 6,000 miles

Work done by previous owner (receipts for work):
-31,000 miles since timing belt (recommended every 60,000-100,000 miles so at least 34,000 miles remain) Also had cam seals, belt tensioners, and driver side rear wheel bearing in same service
-26,000 miles since valve cover gaskets, power steering flush, differential fluid change, and engine tuneup

These early years apparently have a paint flaw where the passenger side clear coat finish peels. This car is no different. It is only on the passenger side where the issue occurs. Only other real flaws is a cracked windshield and the leather on the edge of the driver seat is worn through. Just standard wear. No major dents or rust.

Clear Colorado title and will include new emissions with sale. I have a copy of a Carfax report that can be provided to a buyer. Includes CD copy of Factory Subaru Repair Manual and Owners Manual
