I found this video on another forum and had to share. Its crazy what your body and mind will go through in a traumatic situation. Very inspiration, and super scary to think about being in this kind of situation.
Be forewarned, no graphic imagery beyond showing healed scars, but the stuff he talks about happening to him is pretty gruesome so if you can't handle that stuff then stay away.
