We bought several sets of these at Costco. There are $25 a pair. Easily the brightest flashlights I have ever owned, even compared to my older Maglight. Nice thing too is they are rated at 35 hours on low, which is still plenty light, and 7 hours on high. Got really good reviews on Amazon too.

Costco also has the smaller versions. I think a 3 pack was about $15 on clearance.

You can get LED's for Maglights which produce a nice bright light too.

Good to know. I didn't know you could just replace the Maglight bulb. I might have to do that for the several I have laying around. I wanted an option that wasn't going to chew through batteries but had a good bright beam.

Last year I picked up a 2 pack of LED headlamps from a bin at Home Depot. I can't remember the brand but they were $5. Great to keep in the glove compartment if you have to change a tire at night or worse yet have to wrench to get home. I love those "bargain" bins at the front of Lowes and Home Depot.

The 2 pack of larger Duracell lights are on sale right now at Costco for $20, regular $25. Easily the brightest light I have ever used. I was so pleased, I think I bought 4 packs, 8 total lights.
