Alright this is my latest build. It's... well... nuts to say the least...

I originally was building this up for my personal machine. But at 90% completion I had an inspiration and have changed where I want to go and am going to be moving to an X79 or maybe even X99 platform. More details to come...

Details on this machine:

It's got an ASUS Maximus VI Formula motherboard. Which is a Z87 platform for the Haswell generation of Intel processors.

It's running an i7-4770k CPU that I have run up to 4.6 ghz. stable. Could probably go even a little higher. But since I'm selling I didn't want to push it and set everything back to factory settings shortly after testing was complete.

The CPU is cooled by a cooler master hyper T4. These haswells are known for running hot so I ditched the stock heat sink for something a little better. Temps now are 33-35*C idle and 70-74*C under load using Aida64 at stock speeds.

For RAM I've got a 16GB kit of Corsair Vengeance, in red.

Storage is an Intel 730 SSD, listed at up to 550 MBs, it's fast!

For graphics cards I went with 2 AMD R9 280x in crossfire. It'll play any game at max settings no prob. I loaded and tested BF4 everything maxed on ultra settings and ran great! Video benchmark was done with 3Dmark 11, and achieved a score of 14400, with stock speeds.

The case is an NZXT H440 quiet case. It has a total of 7 case fans, but is kept quiet by the large sound dampening foam on the front sides and top.

Power supply is an OCZ ZX series 1000W 80plus gold.

For fun I added RGB LED rope lighting. It has a remote that lets you select between various shades of red, green, and blue with white and black light as well. It also will flash, strobe, and fade between all the colors as well. It's really addicting to play with.

I'm looking to sell this for what I have into it. It's only been assembled for little less than a month. And in which time I've run tests and benchmarks to make sure all components are working in good order. If you're interested shoot me an email blackfoot02@gmail.com and make sure to mention you're from FR4x4.
