Did Metberry for my first time on Saturday. Sour news and a bad mood has kept me from posting till now. Trail was fun. I like it, but I 4x4 to see Colorado and the Environment, not solely for hard trails, so I am easy to please. Ecologically, awesome area. Neat to see where the fire moved, did not burn and the various stages of re vegetation. That rock at the bottom is fun. I can see that being an issue in wet/sand covered situations. All in all a fun trip. Pics are too large to upload, and I am not feeling it. It is all dead trees.
