Anyone know the status of Loch Lomond?

I've been wanting to get some camping in before I deploy (I still have a few months) and the wife was looking at potential sites. Our usual site on the Cache la Poudre river is always an option, but we were looking for something new. Does anyone know the status of Loch Lomond? Is it still icy? I don't mind ice for the drive, but I don't want the family to freeze their tails off.

It has a seasonal gate. I think the upper section opens mid-July.

Mike Is Correct, July 15. Unless All Snow Is Clear From Road To The Loch. A Call To The Rangers Office Is In Order, 303-567-3000. You Can Park And Hike In though. I Will Run Up There Tomorrow And See How Far Can Get. It Is 2 Minutes From My House :)

Kyle where you been? If it's anything like a lot of the other trails it would still have quite a bit of snow on it.
