If the 2500 includes the parts truck then that's not to bad of a deal. Assuming it lived all it's life in AZ it should be practically rust free as well.

So buy two. Scavange parts off of one and dump into the bed of the other. Quick C/L ad (1-day post with crazy price before heading home) for sale of the 'remaining' or tow it to scrap for a few $$. You come home with one and the choice parts in the bed.
