What's up Colorado?!
I came from the East Coast where I had this XJ for over a decade, occasionally taking it on trails and building on it. Unfortunately, the area has about 1% of the public trails that Colorado does. Last May, I moved to Fort Collins and having more off road trail access was one of my top reasons to move West. I just moved to Longmont and found this forum (by Googling something about replacing XJ wheel cylinders - today's project), so here I am trying to find people to ride trails with. And trying to get my brakes back together.
I also bought a '12 WRX a few months ago, so the XJ is finally a dedicated trail rig!
Anyway, here's the good stuff:
2000 Cherokee XJ
4.5" mix and match lift, 31" mix and match tires
Powertrax rear lunchbox locker
Custom rear bumper, rockers, roof rack & fender flares
12,000 lb winch
Lots of trimming
Dual core AMD 64 bit computer (for GPS/GIS, DAQ, music, OBD-II)
CB radio and lots of different stereo setups
Many future plans: 8.5" lift & SYE, 35-37" tires, more bumper work, portal axles, possible chop-top & 4.7L stroker
Looking forward to hitting the trails!
