Had a great time with my son. He's 28. Most probably the last time I will go camping with him. So I really enjoyed our time together. Here's some pics. Videos to come. First pic is Crestone Needle up So Colony Lake road. One used to be able to drive to within about a mile of the lakes. No longer. Its about a 10 mile round trip hike now. We made about 7.5 of them. Pic is from about our far point. Great camping though.

I am happy for you that you got to spend time with your son. I treasure mine times with my kids, as well. I couldn't get far enough away from my dad when I was young. I wish I hadn't done that. He has since passed away and I miss him now.

Videos. Let my son drive Medano. He's never driven off road. He was an adult, and away from home before I bought my rig. Home for a visit. I think he enjoyed driving.
First one is the longest. The rest are only a couple of minutes.

Thanks for the vids, it was like deja vu. Looks like some good quality time with your son. How long did it take you to run it?

About two hours is all. He drove faster than I would have.
